COLAB Connecting Communities to the Labour Market

Local participants from Turkey: 5 teachers and 12 students; Italy: 2 teachers; Hungary: 3 teachers; Lithuania:3 teachers: and Spain: 2 teachers.
The first exchange was held for five days, prepared by the partner school in Turkey. The program was discussed and determined earlier by all partners at an on-line meeting. Statistics were shared and provided by all project partners. Only teachers attended this meeting as it was a training to enforce the project perfectly.
A workshop was organized by the host school on the subject that matters to understand "how to increase profession existence starting from school life". This system included the activities of the challenge and people related to the sub-topic "Demanding situations and opportunities within the modern global of works".
During the meeting, new labour market realities were discovered, project activities were planned and it was discussed how to include them into the college curriculum. Activities were longer the sole goal of the exchange, participants experienced a new reality and a way of life of the host partner, took a look at particular activities so that they could put them into practice at their schools, set up friendships, were aware of a new culture, conceptions, placing commonplace dreams, teamwork, foreign language conversation and so on.
