MOBILITIES

We have carried out 5 international students exchanges (Learning, Training and Teaching Activities - LTTAs or mobilities) to: Turkey, Italy, Hungary, Lithuania and Spain, one in each partner organisation.

Teachers have guided the completion of project objectives and all project activities performed have been correlated to set aims. Expected project results have been achieved upon completion of activities, as devised in the methodology of running the project. The practices have been conducted in all partner school systems in a program and measured at local level first.

Students exchange have been on an international level for these two activities so that students have been able to work together, interact, develop team work and have results.

Students designed presentation in different formats-Power Point/Prezi etc. on the topics about their schools, cities, countries and two subtopics stated for each LTTA. The subtopic activities were different for each partner and comprised presentations of identified facilities and methodologies in the country, observations of current practices, cultural activities in school or visits to different partner institutions for the guest teachers and students.

During the LTTAs, after the working program, teachers will attain first-hand experience on the way of life in those countries. Due to activities organized in host schools, they will attend and observe lessons, use English as the communication language, join the training courses, develop communication and interpersonal skills, learn about practices, customs, traditions of other European citizens, enhance their teamwork skills in international multicultural environments.

Teachers will be able to closely observe curricular characteristics in partner countries operating at systems of education, share feasible practices and methods on project topics, information which they will include in their teaching practice, develop teamwork and communication skills, increased ability to promote flexible learning pathways among students. A truly important added value of these activities consists of developing students' responsible behaviour and achievement to overcome failure.
