COLAB Connecting Communities to the Labour Market

Third LTTA in Nyíregyháza, Hungary, from the 6th to the 12th of February 2022
The exchange corresponds to the fourth stage in the project. According to the project frame, this 5 working days meeting is a major event. All the activities implemented in project first year at local, national and international level, the good practices transferred from the two students exchange, placement activities organised upon return and acquired results were reviewed during the exchange by the attendance of the partner schools’ pupils.
Participants: 2 teachers (1 teacher out due to COVID) and 6 students (1 student out due to COVID) from Spain, 4 teachers and 6 students from Turkey, 3 teachers and 6 students from Lithuania, Italian partner does not participate due to COVID restrictions, and 20 students and 5 teachers from the local host in Hungary. The Hungarian school prepared the program discussed and arranged by coordinators during the previous exchange in Italy and through virtual communication.
Students presented the PPS/Prezi/videos, documents about the activities since the previous exchange. The program also integrated activities about the subtopic "Entrepreneurial-related skills / Etrade". A special program was designed and guiding was offered to the pupils by the attendance of employee service members and labour market professionals. Students were to attend a number of lessons and workshops on the topics addressed by the project.
Throughout the LTTA, participant students spent time together with their peers, join lessons, games, traditional dances, listening to each other's music, develop social skills, discover each other's culture and lifestyle, way of thinking, enhancing teamwork, practise communicating in foreign language. Accompanying teachers' duties were to supervise and guide the students, overall evaluation of the exchange.
